you can't teach CONSIDERATION. it’s either a person NATURALLY thinks about you and how something will affect your feelings, your comfort, your safety, your peace of mind, and your heart or they DON'T.
yeah breakups hurt, but have you ever been a super talkative, enthusiastic person but slowly over the years and after trauma you watch yourself become more quieter and quieter to the point where that enthusiastic bubbly person just isn’t who you are anymore?
I actually do not mind being the villain in your story because in mine you lack boundaries, integrity, healthy communication skills and the emotional maturity to take accountability.
I saw something on Tiktok that said, "Nobody isolates more than the oldest daughter who knows nobody is coming to save her". & Tbh immediately I teared up.
Then to add to it, I go to the comments and saw "isolation, extreme independence, the need to accomplish everything but never feeling like you've accomplished enough".
