@VirginAtlantic @TravelTrolleyUK Each party is pushing me back and forth and I’m getting nowhere. What kind of customer service are both companies providing ?? Got evidence of chats from both parties. Just to change one return flight- How tedious and exhausting!

Recently flew with @MAS to DPS via KL. I had booked the economy flex and regret the decision. I was insulted at the airport when I asked for the priority benefit. The staff said economy is economy doesn’t matter if it is flex. Why charge extra if the benefits cannot be redeemed?

@airindiain worst airlines ever. I reach the airport to check in for a flight they tell me I don’t have a booking. They didn’t even inform me with the flight change. How can they even change the flight without informing me. I’m stranded at the airport with no where to go.

@airindiain @MoHFW_INDIA My flight is from LHR to Mumbai on 7/12/21, I am staying for 4 days in Mumbai then I have a connecting flight from Mumbai to Goa on 11/12/21. How will it affect my journey. Air india customer support forwarding my query to seniors where they disconnect the call.

@airindiain @MoHFW_INDIA I have been trying to call air india to confirm if they accept the NHS covid recovery pass. I was recently tested positive and was advised by NHS not to test for next 90 days as there are chances of me being tested positive. Please my flight is on 7/12/21 I need to know before.
