Tim Curry, Ridley Scott & Tom Cruise united for what I believe is one of the most overlooked film of the ‘80s: Legend. This movie was so far ahead of its time, it hurts. Curry is unbelievable as the Lord of Darkness & the fact we are losing Curry in the middle of Ridley Scott Week only makes me think about this film more. Studio interference & multiple versions of this film got in the way of its initial release. But now? Time to start giving this film the credit it deserves.

Tim Curry gives my favourite comic performance of all time in Clue (1985). The “how it was done” scene is around eight minutes long, and he performed it so intensely that he had to be taken to the hospital for high blood pressure.
