@A_L_Shaner That doesn't sound accurate. Please DM us with the serial # of the device, your email address, and ticket # of the contact with customer service (if you have it) so we may take a look.
@A_L_Shaner Make sure the device has been updated to latest software version 6.6.1. Go to Settings>All Settings>About>Check for System Update. After performing the update, charge the device to 100% to reset the battery indicator. This only needs to be done once, at any time after the update.
@kwsbooks Sorry for the difficulty you're experiencing with the B&N NOOK App. Uninstalling/reinstalling the app should resolved this issue. Unfortunately, you will need to redownload your items after signing back into your account.
