@FDG_Hunter_T Catrina is my guess too. The ownership % in prodigy seems like such a sham. My guess is the company would have to go public or be bought out for that % to ever be activated. Lots of empty promises from prodigy is word on the street.

@Brodiesmith21 @FrolferMagazine The DGPT is currently CARRYING the sport of disc golf at the professional level. If they were to defect, I think they’d have the full support of the pros. PDGA better be very careful throughout the remainder of this year.

@Brodiesmith21 @FrolferMagazine It’s pretty clear that the pros are taking a stance against the PDGA this year. And the PDGA seems to be constantly missing opportunities to reply appropriately. At what point does the DGPT just completely remove themselves from the PDGA and start their own organization?

@Brodiesmith21 I think DG just has to get over the ‘every hole should be birdie-able’ mentality for scores to be closer to par. Par is supposed to be ‘number of strokes a professional should take to finish a hole’ but in disc golf that doesn’t translate. It’s more like ‘birdie’ is ‘par.’

@Brodiesmith21 To me, the fact that the person throwing the disc is usually covered head to toe in their sponsor’s logo makes the ‘free advertising’ argument sorta superfluous. We already know what brand they’re throwing. Why not tell us what disc?
