Peter Parker sitting in a cafe and watching Ned walk in and out without noticing him.

The clip cuts to night. Ned is rolling up to a party with supplies and Peter follows him in. Inside, Peter navigates the party with a red cup. He sips it and doesn’t care for the drink inside. Moving through and away from the crowd, he finds a Chewbacca minifigures and reminisces on his time with Ned. He had flowers in his hands but is distracted by a series of photos of Spider-Man on a corkboard.

Ned comes out of the bathroom. “He actually saved me and my friends lives one time in high school.” He wants to find out who Spider-Man is, not to expose him but to thank him. Peter plays dumb and acts surprised to learn Ned invented “Spidey Tracker.”

He has narrowed Spidey’s identity down to two prime suspects; showing a photo of Flash Thompson and their teacher with the glasses, Mr Harrington, from previous movies. It gets a laugh in the theater and a grin from Peter.

MJ walks in. A piano starts to play. She introduces herself and Peter calls himself “Maynard, just a neighbor from across the hall.

She calls him a “friendly neighbor” and he almost spits his drink out.

In another room, MJ tells Ned she was offered a job but she turned it down and doesn’t want to work for a soulless corporation. She feels like she is supposed to be “waiting for something,” and they toast to that.

A guy walks up and after a short hello, intimately kisses MJ. Piano comes back in as Peter sees it and shuts down. It’s time to leave the party.

Fades to black… and a sizzle reel plays. It only has footage from the previous trailer *until* Spider-Man gets Damage Control agents to hold on as he limbers up and stretches to fight them, ultimately webbing one to a fence.
