Andy Scott's Kelpies are currently having some maintenance work done to them and they are not illuminated at night till the 6th of September but even without their colour changing abilities you can still get some dramatic shots if you visit at night like this one from last night.
I was going through my Kelpies shots last night making a shortlist of possible shots for next year's calendar and came across this beauty I had forgotten about! Immediately it was added to the list haha
Baron keeps an eye on the cloud so it doesn't ruin his tan 🤣
This was actually shot awhile ago when I was suffering from insomnia and decided to make use of the daylight sunshine on a winter's day
Follow your Heart
A homage to one of my favourite artists Banksy.
This picture was shot recently while covering a wedding for a family I know and as soon as I saw the shot I knew that I could make something out of the image in the style of Banksy.

Staying with the black and white theme of yesterday's shot here is a picture of the Falkirk Wheel the world's only rotating boat lift connecting the Forth and Clyde canal to the Union Canal
Probably my favourite shot of Baron that I've taken from all the shots that I have done of him over the years and I wasn't even in Helix Park when I shot it!
I love you when you're angry
Some angry breaking waves from my trip to Whitby earlier in the year, I just love the power and shapes they form as they break against the shore I could watch it for hours.
As the light falls the fires burned
Andy Scott's Kelpies at sunset when they were just a year old, lighting up red as that was the only colour they did back then.

I was backing up an old external hard drive that was starting to fail , which happens to include the 2015 stunning sunset pictures of the kelpies. So here is a brand new edit of an unpublished picture from that night.
