When I stopped drinking, I did it cold turkey, and I almost died. I had severe withdrawals, seizures, and was hospitalized for 3 days. If you want to quit drinking and are scared of the withdrawals, GO TO THE HOSPITAL! They will get you through the first few days of it!!
