I don’t get why Pitt fans are mad at Pat. He is not the problem. Unless he has full control of the offense, which he doesn’t, it’s on the OC. The defense played fine. Not perfect but they did their job. The offense was inept. Again.

Hasn’t been effective since Whipple and Pickett. Not sure which of those made it work. And fine, we can speculate about him being hard to work with or not picking the right guys but at some point those guys scheming and calling plays are to blame. Not Pat.

@Daily_Hotspur I know its rumors but seems like we are feeling out options. Some of it is players not wanting to join our project for one reason or another and I don’t want those players. Has to be the right fit. Blindly paying for players is a bad plan regardless of “ambition”.

@MattDallas27 @PitchingNinja Good reminder that a lot of what’s most efficient is “natural movement” and if kids get improperly coached or pick up a bad habit from the wrong cue, you spend 10x trying to coach it out of them. But if they get it right, they dominate AND are less likely to pick up an injury.
