Working over the festive period is difficult, but there are also lots of positives. What is your best memory of working over these times 🎄🎅🏻 mine (@pwrsmanag)is working a night shift on Christmas Eve and quietly playing Santa so all patients wake up to a gift.

3/3 my point here is, the team, the team and people make all the difference. We talk about patients all the time, and they are important too. But the people we work with, the people we cry with and lean on. They matter aswell! I’m so happy I asked to move..... AGAIN!
2/3 I’ve really not enjoyed it at all. The cultures, the people, the speciality, just not my bag. I’ve now been moved to another ward. And it’s the other end of the spectrum. Supportive, good leadership and some inspiring people
