"It's why I volunteer, and it's why I haven't stopped all of these years, right from university when I first witnessed fire and joined the Red Cross the very next day."
Teriji, a @nrcs_ng volunteer, reflects on why he started volunteering and his experience throughout the years
As we enter December, we celebrate the kindness and service that define our Red Cross family. May this month bring peace, purpose, and renewed commitment to supporting our communities with compassion and integrity. Here’s to a meaningful and united end to the year!
This World AIDS Day, we honor the resilience of communities and reaffirm our commitment to ending barriers to HIV care.
Together, we can close gaps, end stigma and strengthen our health systems.
On World Children’s Day, we celebrate the joy, potential, and resilience of every child. We stand firmly for their right to a brighter future; one filled with safety, education, and the love and care they deserve!
Technology shapes how children learn and connect, but it also brings new risks from online grooming to digital trafficking.
Every child deserves safety online and offline. Thus, protecting children in a digital age is our collective responsibility.
Diabetes affects millions, but with awareness & early care, it can be prevented and managed.
Let’s learn, check & care today for a healthier tomorrow!
Every act of kindness,no matter how small holds the power to create change. 💫
Let’s fill this month with compassion, service, and hope for those around us.
Together, we can make November truly meaningful.
Happy New Month🎉

FUND RESILIENCE, NOT DISASTER!
Every girl deserves the right to dream, to lead, and to thrive. When we invest in girls, we invest in stronger families, healthier communities, and a better future for all.
Today, we celebrate the power, resilience, and potential of every girl.
In every heartbeat lies a story.
In every smile, unseen strength.
In every act of kindness — humanity lives.
Today, we remember that caring for the mind is caring for the person, and caring for one another is the truest form of humanity.
Today, we salute the educators, teachers and trainers who inspire compassion, kindness, and resilience in their students. Your dedication to teaching and mentoring is crucial in creating a more caring and prepared world.
Thank you for being #HumanityInAction!
