A Moncton Mom is advocating for an adjustment of the age restrictions of the IWK E.R. Erica Campbell has 3 boys - Her oldest son was diagnosed at age 3 with brain cancer and has seen complications since - last year at 15 he had not one but 2 strokes. After spending hours at our local hospitals with no help she packed him up herself and drove him to the IWK E.R. where she says he was treated exceptionally. So much so that her family was going to move to Halifax just to be closer to better care Unfortunately Erica then discovered more difficulties - the IWK E.R. has an age limit of 16 Campbell has spoken with the IWK and plans to start a petition to change the age limits.
