The cops here now have permission to monitor your kids' social and determine if they're dangerous. 'Disorderly Conduct' arrests have skyrocketed because of this. All teenagers and preteens.

@Wolfpackmiitomo @RealSpikeCohen The worst of it is the legislature allowed for ERPOs which in turn gives the police the right to take guns from people who have not been convicted of a crime. But the kicker is that the police get to decide which people are 'high risk' or have 'bad behavior'.

It would require a Supermajority State house, Senate, Governor's Signature, and then a super majority of the citizens. And THEN cleared by a State Judge and Attorney General. Not to mention.
