How are men supposed to work when the jobs are going to women and foreigners?

Men today are more disenfranchised than previous generations and lack opportunities in almost every area of society.

Even if a man finds a job, what motivation is there to work harder? Economic mobility is largely gone for most of them. Additionally, the core reason men build and maintain civilization is to ensure the safety and well-being of their women and children.

Without any ability to move up the ladder, and without a core part of their biological drive being fulfilled, such as having a family, why would a man work at all?

It wouldn’t surprise me to see a Joker type uprising in the future, because what we have now is unsustainable.
