@BlockTribune Hello! I picked up on an article that came out regarding our recent court hearing in DC. Thank you for the coverage but would like to point out a couple inaccuracies and hope you can correct them. I tried emailing through your website but that's not working. TKS.

Unbelievable !! Sure, crypto community and society at large doesn't need protection at all. Suuuuure. Good luck with that. #FTXbankruptcy#FTXscandal#FTXUS https://t.co/1iIzt3TQkX
1/5 The current turmoil we are seeing reinforces the importance of getting the basics right. Distributed ledgers need governance that is responsible, decentralized, and transparent. Governance should be by well-known, diverse parties acting as checks and balances on each other.
The FTX fallout may result in a call for regulations, which may be necessary for mainstream adoption as it will help quell worries of institutions. After this fiasco, institutions may be more cautious entering the crypto space. The next bull market could cast away doubts.
A simple solution is what is needed. Think organic foods and cigarettes. "Crypto is not an investment." Or, "crypto is a speculative security." The court in the Ripple case can provide that guidance.

This is why the SEC is going to prevail, even if just in part, in the #XRP#Ripple case - because speculators (not investors) need protection (disclosure). Not saying XRP is bad, but speculation should not be sold as investment. No crypto is an investment.
@SFGiants Buster is right when he said we need recognizable names in the lineup everyday. We had to have set a record this year for new and unknown names in the lineups. This does not make for a great product and as fans, we hope that will be different next year. #AaronJudge@TheJudge44
@CoolCardBro Ohtani is batting .268. That's not a stat belonging to an MVP. As a whole, is performance is amazing, just not good enough to beat out Judge.
@CoolCardBro Not saying Ohtani isn't deserving at all, because he's having a better season than his MVP season of last year, it's just my opinion that Judges performance outweighs his.
