The Office of the Fire Marshal wants to remind residents and business owners to take care when clearing snow and ice from buildings.
Falling ice and snow can damage propane storage tanks, piping, lines and other equipment. Avoid tossing snow where equipment is located.
We will be conducting training for firefighting recruits in Waverley on June 6. Residents may see smoke in the vicinity; however, there is no risk to the community. Details: https://t.co/aFgMbEm8u0 @hfxfire
What a fun day getting to see Jacob live out his wish to be a firefighter for a day. My story early next week. Took lots of photos and video (my cell died hence the silence hahaha). @MakeAWishNS #FallRiverNS@NSFireSchool
Thanks to @ReprtrPatHealey for sharing some great pics and videos in his feed of Jacob's @MakeAWishAP day as a firefighter with crew from Station 45 and the @NSFireSchool
