A good meeting with President of the European Commission Ursula @vonderLeyen . We discussed Ukraine’s European integration. It is important to open the remaining negotiating clusters in the near future and not lose momentum on this path.

Right now, our teams are actively working on the Drone Deal, and today we spoke about the next steps and possible timelines for signing it. We also aligned our positions on upcoming international events. There are many important events ahead – both abroad and in Ukraine.

We discussed in detail the energy track and preparations for winter. Everyone is interested in ending this war before winter, but regardless of how events unfold, we must be ready to protect our people and ensure Ukraine’s resilience. I am grateful for the energy support and for the fact that all previous agreements are being implemented. There are new ideas as well. We are working together on the energy security of all of Europe.

Доповідь керівника ГУР Олега Іващенка. Передусім обговорили виконання плану наших далекобійних санкцій проти Росії за цю війну та кроків, що необхідні для наближення миру. Зокрема, серед нещодавніх результативних уражень на території окупанта варто відзначити ліквідацію більш ніж 60 тисяч тонн боєприпасів на арсеналі Балтійського флоту неподалік Петербурга. Окрім цього, аналіз, що був проведений воєнною розвідкою, підтвердив досягнення необхідних цілей із переліку російських воєнних виробництв. Сили оборони України влучно уразили російські підприємства, які виробляють радіоелектроніку та інші критичні компоненти для потреб російської армії.

Також розвідка здобула внутрішні російські документи з реальною оцінкою наслідків українських далекобійних санкцій. Зафіксовані й заходи реагування російського керівництва на ситуацію, що склалася. Одним із таких заходів є переміщення систем ППО з російських регіонів у Москву та до Керченського мосту. Фактично саме ці два периметри росіяни отримали команди захищати за рахунок послаблення інших напрямків на своїй території та на тимчасово окупованій території України. Зробимо висновки.

Була окрема доповідь про стан російського ракетного виробництва та стратегічної воєнної авіації. Готуємо нові наші цілком справедливі кроки у відповідь на затягування Росією війни та удари по території України. Важливо, щоб до якнайбільшої кількості росіян дійшло розуміння, що війну затягує саме відмова російського керівництва від дипломатії. Україна надала змістовні дипломатичні пропозиції. Дякую всім, хто захищає нашу державу і людей!

During a meeting with IMF Managing Director @KGeorgieva, we discussed support for Ukraine and agreed on further cooperation. I spoke about the implementation of reforms to strengthen the economy and create a transparent, competitive environment. A significant result is the successful completion of the Fund’s recent mission. This is an important step toward further strengthening Ukraine’s financial stability.

I am grateful to the IMF for its support and for the programs that help maintain the resilience of our economy. This is an important signal of confidence in Ukraine for international partners.
