Today is Truth and Reconciliation Day in Nova Scotia. It’s a time to reflect on the legacy of residential schools and honour survivors, their families and communities.
The flags at Province House are flying at half-mast to mark the death of The Sovereign, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Queen of Canada.
The flags will remain at half-mast until sunset on Monday, September 19.
