Swasth Naari, Sashakt Parivaar | The Strength of Women’s Collectives
With the support of the Ministry of Rural Development, GoI through Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana - National Rural Livelihoods Mission, Self-Help Groups are empowering Community Resource Persons (CRPs) to use simple, participatory methods like games and role play to spark conversations on nutrition, maternal care and preventive health.
When learning is engaging and collective, health knowledge becomes relatable, women share openly, and awareness turns into daily practice. Because when women prioritise their wellbeing, families thrive and communities flourish.
The #SHG ecosystem is helping drive this change — linking self-care to family empowerment, and family empowerment to community wellbeing.
DAY-NRLM remains committed to this spirit of Jan Bhagidari for women-led development, fostering a healthier and more empowered society for #ViksitBharatAt2047.
