ALWAYS deny all field sobriety tests!! They are not “to prove your innocence”…they are solely an avenue for the 5-0 to gain evidence of what they have already determined you to be guilty of in their head

I've seen multiple reports like this. People who are completely sober being pulled over and arrested for DUI, despite getting 0.00 on their breathalyzer. After their drug test results come back negative, their charges are finally dropped.

These false DUIs are happening by the thousands. We're going to put an end to them, for good.

If this has happened to you, let me know here and @YATPOfficial will follow up with you. We'll need a copy of your arrest report, including your results showing that your breathalyzer and drug tests were negative.

With your help, we will stop this nonsense in its tracks.

@SethOnHoops @UNC_Basketball @theACC @SethOnHoops Im a huge Carolina fan, but tend to agree with u. HOWEVER, is that not why instead of playing 12 non con games, then 20 conf games is a HORRIBLE idea now days?? How about doing 5-6 non con, then half ur conf, then other 5-6 non con??

@MonticelloBBall @IHSAA @tonysroe Correct….i was showing how they could’ve done it in a way that there weren’t soo many early in conference matchups. Let these teams play non conference teams first to see how they do!! Would lead to better games later in the tourney
