NEVER USE @pennymac Mortgage. 2 months. Loan processing. Can't even do DTI correctly, Decide to change the amt 3 times. After agreeing to the terms, get surprise decline. Terrible under educated staff and at 1 point told me to forge my husband's signature. #fraud

Son accident/not at fault. Erie totaled his car. Mailed title in a POST PAID, printed ADDRESS to them. 1 month/no check. I pay for a duplicate title/agent says mail doesn't get there. Agent could care less never calls, I do. So glad we have Allstate. @erie_insurance

@erie_insurance Got a message. No help at all. We have to purchase a duplicate title. No resolution. Like I said, glad we have Allstate. Accident wasn't our fault, but we wait for $ and have to pay to fix Erie insurance negligence.

Never use #AmDentsolutions. fraud. Simple question is either avoided or hand written explanation of service. They bury admin fees and vague details in their orthodontics. Then treat you like a criminal when you ask what you are paying for. And the staff has no idea.

Ok. So this has been going on since Monday. I think my son has had the worst possible airline in history. How can you lose a military duffle? Its green for fucking sake. @UnitedAirlines_ sucks! Do not fly with them.

Update. Kid still in airport. (1 day) Waiting 1 hr on the phone. Still lost ALL his military gear. DO NOT FLY @UnitedAirlines_

@UnitedAirlines_ cannot answer the phone in Lehigh Valley. No manager is there and they are short staffed. On chat again for 1hr. Kid still at airport. No luggage found.

Military son flew to St Louis on @UnitedAirlines_ . They lost his bag (again). Arrived in St Louis 8:30 PM. Slept there- Then slept in the terminal TODAY until noon. Left for Ft. Leonard Wood- no bag. Was on hold 2hrs with baggage. Nothing. ???

Now..he should just wait until the 4pm plane comes, and if not, the 7pm plane. @UnitedAirlines_ DO NOT USE THEM! If they do this to military, what do they do for civilians?
