@Vfwbartender11 I can appreciate this perspective and admit that im far from a SME on how to run a successful athletic department but it seems hard to believe that its attractive to another conference to pick up a dumpster fire and could lessen potential negotiations from FSU's perspective.
While UF & UM thrive in recruiting we're sitting here in the worst offseason shape possible knowing damn well we're waiting for another disappointing season. Its wild seeing just how bad everything is going and Alford and the stakeholders at FSU have their hands in their pockets.
Feel like I’m getting the complete Tallahassee Regional experience. Both teams helped the site staff pull a heavy tarp that only got heavier as the rain poured.
The fans at Howser cheered them on.
I love college baseball.
Cameron Flukey wins a 12-pitch battle against Brayden Dowd, who is called out on a CB up in the zone.
Third base coach Ty Megahee has been ejected.
End 3: CCU 1, FSU 0
Its more than the wins at this point, which sounds wild to say.
Recruiting, the culture, revenue, reputation, etc are all so damaged at this point that despite the buyout im surprised Alford and FSU hasn't already ripped off the bandaid.
I don't see him making it through 2026.
