Last night, search and rescue operations in Ternopil at the site where a missile struck a residential building were completed. Rescuers worked nonstop for four days. As a result of this Russian crime, 33 people were killed, including 6 children. My condolences to the families and loved ones. Sadly, 6 people are still considered missing. I thank all the services involved in responding to the aftermath of this strike and working to save our people.

Emergency work is ongoing in Dnipro at the site where a Russian drone struck near a residential building. Fourteen people were injured in the attack, including a child. I thank all of our services that responded swiftly to extinguish the fire and are providing assistance on the ground. In Nikopol, the Russians struck with an FPV drone, injuring two children and a woman. Once again, there were strikes on residential and civilian infrastructure, as well as on energy facilities in various regions of our country during the night.

Throughout the entire week, these attacks continued unabated – more than 1,050 attack drones, nearly 1,000 glide bombs, and over 60 missiles of various types were used.

Already today, our advisors will be working in Switzerland with representatives of the United States, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom. But in parallel with the diplomatic track, we must do everything to strengthen our defense against such wicked Russian attacks. It is extremely important to speed up the implementation of all our agreements with partners regarding air defense systems and missiles for them. I thank everyone who helps protect lives. I thank everyone who works for peace.

This is Edward. He is a 28-year-old British volunteer, who has been helping evacuate Ukrainian civilians from the hottest spots on the frontline. His most recent voyage to Pokrovsk almost ended fatally, when a Russian drone struck a car in which Edward and other volunteers were travelling.

Thankfully, Edward survived. Ukrainian doctors had to fight for his life, but ended up having to amputate both his left arm and left leg. Yet, Edward remains optimistic. For now, he is “all right”, he jokes.

He hopes to stay in Ukraine, despite his injuries, and keep helping those in need.

Edward’s selfless courage and unwavering optimism is inspiring.

Загинув один з кращих українських операторів FPV, воїн підрозділу Гострі Картузи Антон Спіцин.

Про це повідомив його брат.
«Сьогодні для мене найчорніший і найтяжчий день у житті. Сьогодні мене покинув мій рідний брат.
Найближча та найрідніша для мене людина. Важко писати та згадувати життя Антона, проте він жив героєм і помер героєм...
У бою отримав поранення, несумісні з життям, і назавжди пішов на небеса...
Спи спокійно, брате».

Ми багато допомагали Антону та його підрозділу. Він відправив до пекла, напевно сотні російських загарбників. Це велика втрата для України.

Гострі Картузи можуть і далі розраховувати на нашу п��вну підтримку.

Every day, Russia attacks Ukraine with drones, missiles, and aerial bombs. This week alone, there have been hundreds of strikes on our cities and communities – nearly 50 missiles, around 660 attack drones, and more than 760 guided aerial bombs launched by the enemy against our people.

Russia will not stop on its own. The world must force it to end this brutal and unprovoked aggression. Strengthening our defense is absolutely necessary. We need better protection – air defense systems, long-range weapons, and sanctions pressure.

All of this helps save lives here in Ukraine. I thank everyone around the world who understands the importance of this, continues to believe in our country and supports us.
