In other wars, you lost hundreds of thousands of people. We took over Venezuela. We essentially took over Iran."

(Reuters) - Saudi Arabia launched numerous, unpublicized strikes on Iran in retaliation for attacks carried out in the kingdom during the Middle East war, two Western officials briefed on the matter and two Iranian officials said.
The Saudi attacks, not previously reported, mark the first time that the kingdom is known to have directly carried out military action on Iranian soil and show it is becoming much bolder in defending itself against its main regional rival.
The attacks, launched by the Saudi Air Force, were assessed to have been carried out in late March, the two Western officials said. One said only that they were "tit-for-tat strikes in retaliation for when Saudi (Arabia) was hit."
Reuters was unable to confirm what the specific targets were.

(Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump said on Tuesday he will have a long talk with Chinese President Xi Jinping about the war in Iran during his upcoming trip to China, but added that he does not think he needs Xi's help.
"I don't think we need any help with Iran. We'll win it one way or the other, peacefully or otherwise," Trump told reporters when departing the White House for China.
BREAKING: TRUMP DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE FINANCIAL IMPACT THE IRAN WAR IS HAVING ON AMERICANS
REPORTER: Did you say earlier that the only thing that matters to you with Iran is nuclear weapons? You're not considering the financial impact this war is having on Americans?
TRUMP: The most important thing by far is Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. Every American understands it. If the stock market goes up or down a little bit, the American people understand it.
"I just read the response from the so-called "representatives" of Iran. I don't like it - IT'S ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!"
Donald Trump read Iran's proposal, discussed it by phone with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and published a post (on the screenshot) in which he called this proposal absolutely unacceptable.
Earlier today, The Wall Street Journal described Iran's "multi-page" proposal as follows:
✔️ Iran proposes to cease hostilities and gradually open the Strait of Hormuz in exchange for lifting the US blockade and proposes to enrich some of its highly enriched uranium, transferring the remaining reserves to a country friendly to Iran.
✔️ Iran also demands guarantees of the return of the transferred uranium in case of a failure of the negotiations, stating its readiness to suspend enrichment for less than 20 years, while refusing to dismantle its nuclear facilities.
Subsequently, the Iranian agency Tasnim, citing an informed source, reported that The Wall Street Journal's reports on the text proposed by Iran for negotiations are largely inaccurate, especially regarding nuclear materials.
Tasnim claims that Iran's proposal focuses on an immediate end to the war, guarantees against future aggression, the lifting of US sanctions, and the cessation of military actions on all fronts. At the same time, Iran also stressed that the management of the Strait of Hormuz should be carried out by the Iranian side, subject to the fulfillment of US obligations, the immediate lifting of the naval blockade after the signing of the initial agreement, the lifting of OFAC sanctions on the sale of Iranian oil within 30 days, and the release of frozen Iranian assets, along with specific actions by the US during the same period of time.
The U.S. is setting records for fertilizer purchases from Russia
In March, the United States imported more than $240 million worth of Russian fertilizers — the highest level in the history of bilateral trade.
For the quarter, the total reached $564 million, up 37% year-on-year.
Russian fertilizers remain competitive due to cheap natural gas used in production — which keeps prices lower.
Sanctions have also had an unexpected effect: new U.S. tariffs did not hit Russia but affected its competitors, tilting the market in Moscow’s favor.
The situation was further worsened by the crisis in the Middle East. Disruptions in the Strait of Hormuz pushed many suppliers out of the market, sending fertilizer prices sharply higher.
Against this backdrop, the U.S. is forced to buy from Russia — otherwise the impact on agriculture would be severe.
No one is talking about Delcy Rodriguez or Venezuela anymore. The United States pulled off a coup inside Chavism itself through outstanding intelligence work.
Thanks to increased oil exports, more money is going to the military top brass, who remain in control of the country.
The President of the United States, the Secretary of war, and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff share one trait: they sell their delusions as achievements.
JUST IN: IRANS ADVISOR TO SUPREME LEADER WARNING MESSAGE TO US SAILORS ON THE USS TRIPOLI:
"A message to the sailors on board the USS Tripoli - you are extras in Trump's movie ahead of the presidential elections. Your president failed to protect American forces in the previous war.
Now you have been tasked with saving the region's cash reserves - but in the end, you will find yourselves in a slaughterhouse. History is a good teacher.
The USS Tripoli will not repeat itself in the Persian Gulf - instead, it will become a nightmare and collapse your security."
