Interestingly,my iphone 12's receiver speaker that we generally use during calls stopped working.Then found this article & reached out to Apple Authorized centre where they informed the component replacement is free post all diagnostic checks.

@MiIndiaSupport Why is your technical support so poor ? A ticket opened 3+ weeks and not addressed properly yet. Calling customer service every week and explain to every assistant of yours isn’t my job. Such a poor handling of complaint tickets !

@JioCare anymore worse customer service you can provide ? False promise was given & no installations until now. None of the sales executives are picking up the call to respond. Everyday you postpone the schedule. I want to cancel my subscription & escalate it !
