It is the law that a dog on any land with livestock must be properly controlled by a leash held by the person in charge of the dog โ this applies in the Mourne uplands. Keep your dog on a lead at all times, for everyoneโs benefit.

LGBTQ+ Pride month grew from commemorations of the Stonewall Riots in June 1969.
In order to celebrate Pride fully, itโs important to learn and remember those who fought and continue to stand up for LGBTQ+ rights.
We are celebrating #WorldRangerDay and saying thank you to the ranger teams working to connect people and nature, making wild places safe and accessible, while ensuring that the habitats and species we care for are protected for future generations.
Thank you. ๐
