We are a HS varsity sport with approximately 140 men and women from grades 9-12. We compete in Fall head races and Spring sprints with MSRA, SRAAs & Youth Nats

Outstanding results for @HOCR this past week. With both Boys and Girls Youth 8+ both finished 9th out of 90 junior crews from across the world. Boys were the fastest US high school, girls were 2nd fastest. @AthleticsNTHS

Conditions @HeadoftheRock couldn’t have been better! With good conditions and current, crews had fast races and a solid team breakdown!
