Top tips from @NTPCW athlete @elliefwhite1
1 Invest in elastic laces for your trainers. They are a great when trying to put your feet into your trainers as fast as possible
2 Transitions are the 4th discipline & worth practicing. Races can be won & lost here
3 Enjoy it & mile
Top tips from @NTPCW athlete @_Rhys_James_
1) Focus on yourself & your own training. You can’t control what other people do
2) Be persistent & stick with it. Results won’t come overnight
3) Practice transition. You can’t win a race but you can lose it if you get it wrong
Issy Morris wins Round 1 of the German Bundesliga Triathlon Series. Whilst we have all been missing our regular fix of triathlon racing, one positive of the current situation is the proliferation of new and innovative race formats and virtual events. https://t.co/V1VbCOVBjp
Top tips for training from Issy Morris
1. Enjoy it! Don’t take it too seriously
2. Be organised, keep a checklist when packing for an event to ensure you’re as prepared as possible
3. Make a race plan! Make some personal objectives and processes for the race that you can control

Volunteers give their time, energy, & skills. Our sport would not run without all of the volunteers across Wales so THANK YOU! From running clubs, to events, and even our non-executive board. We truly appreciate all the time that you put into Triathlon in Wales. #VolunteersWeek
The @Olympicbb asked me to put together a little video on how I’m keeping fit and sane on 24 hour lockdown at home in Barbados. Not easy to maintain swim, cycle and run fitness in the curtilage of your home 😂. Check it out 👇🏼 @NTPCW@CES_Sport@HUUBDesign
On Saturday 7th March, athletes from NTPCW travelled across to Oxford for the first BUCS event of 2020, the Biathlon. Demonstrating great performances across the board!

I look back on what’s been achieved this year with a lot of pride 😃 my first year stepping away from full-time work and diving into pro racing has been awesome and excited to see what can be achieved after a full winter with @NTPCW 👇 @nopinz#picsoftheseason#triathlon
They’ve raced each other at the Commonwealth Games, Island Games, British Champs...
Now, this weekend @Josh_Lewis11 🇬🇬 and @OliverTurnerTri 🇯🇪 will renew their (friendly) rivalry among a world-class field at @SuperLeagueTri Jersey. Can’t wait to see how they go 🙌
