Only 4 Cabinet Secretaries (Omamo, Matiang’i, Rotich, Juma) legally allowed get road clearance in traffic, police IG says; all others to follow traffic flow or have their drivers arrested, charged. The list shows list if VIPs eligible for special treatment on the roads.

Any Government vehicle found violating traffic regulations especially those overlapping, the driver shall be arrested and charged in accordance to the law.

The directive takes place with immediate effect.
