✅️Diagnosis stories.

✅️Wins, struggles… and everything in between.
These conversations are honest, encouraging, and eye-opening.
I want you to know, that most of the people joining my online program through my nonprofit since we publicly announced are already on low-carbohydrate or even ketogenic diets. They’re trying so hard to get it right. But they lack the education and support to pinpoint what’s not quite working.
Can you imagine the frustration of watching others recover and not being able to access the education and support you need for yourself?
I can. It’s why I started this nonprofit. I found a way to deliver education and support in a scalable, efficient, wholly human, and celebratory manner—a way that’s now tried, tested, true, and unapologetically amazing.

In 2007, archaeologists discovered the world's oldest large-scale winery deep within an Armenian cave. Dating back 6,100 years, the Areni-1 winery contained clay fermentation vats, a wine press, and ancient grape seeds—evidence of sophisticated wine production from an age when most humans were just learning to farm.
The cave complex revealed not just wine-making equipment, but also ceremonial vessels placed carefully near burial sites, suggesting wine played a crucial role in ancient rituals. The clay vats could hold 14–15 gallons of wine, showing our ancestors weren't just making small batches.
The same grape variety found in these caves, known as Areni Black, still grows in Armenia's vineyards today. Modern vintners craft wine using techniques remarkably similar to those used thousands of years ago in this very cave.
This discovery rewrote history, proving that organized wine production began far earlier than previously thought. Today, the Areni-1 cave stands as the oldest known winery in the world, a testament to humanity's enduring connection to the fruit of the vine.
Dr. @DrAseemMalhotra is an extraordinary leader in the medical profession, words do not do justice to express his remarkable efforts globally and he should be hailed worldwide.
Long after his days he will be remembered as a vanguard.
Knighthood.
I began to develop my options strategies in 1980, can recall my first Black Scholes calculation a few years earlier on a slide rule.
My theories, if I may, are more of an opera than a radio hit. Good things take time.
Today we absorbed pressure in a foul reversal, job done.
Colin lives with Type 1 diabetes but doesn't see it as something that should weigh him down. 💙
He's only 14 but talks about T1D in a remarkably mature way. He acknowledges the reality of it, but doesn't let it define what he can or can’t do.
Arevatsag Canyon, Lori Province, Armenia 🇦🇲
Tucked into the highlands of Lori in northern Armenia, the Arevatsag Canyon, whose name means "sunrise," is one of the most breathtaking and beloved natural wonders of the homeland. At its heart stands a great rock with a name of its own, Tsitskar, rising straight from the water as if appointed guardian of the gorge, and it is the soul of this place.
Carved by the Dzoraget River as it winds through a valley of green slopes, the canyon gathers into a calm reservoir beneath this single commanding cliff. In Armenian it is known as Արևածագի ձոր, also called Kurtani Canyon. Flanked by steep cliffs, dense forests, and rolling green slopes, it offers some of the most dramatic scenery Armenia has to offer.
The Dzoraget, whose name means "gorge river," flows down from the Bazum Mountains through some of the most scenic landscapes in Armenia, carving canyons more than 200 meters deep before joining the Debed. Above the valley rises Hnevank, a monastery dating to the 7th through 12th centuries whose name means "The Old Monastery," long a favorite pilgrimage for locals who hike up from below.

Petrosyan is widely regarded as one of the leading duduk players of his generation. He has performed throughout Europe, North America, the Middle East, and beyond, helping bring the sound of Armenia’s national instrument to audiences around the world.
A condition once considered a contraindication for ketogenic therapy may have just become one of its newest indications, and certainly an area worth more research.
Anorexia nervosa.
And it's not the only “contraindication” to become an indication. This is a story about how our bias against ketosis has been limiting our healing. 🧵
Two identical twins with autism had zero Bifidobacteria in their gut.
Dr. Sabine Hazan’s team removed the harmful microbes, restored the Bifidobacteria — and both twins showed clear improvement in speech.
These beneficial bacteria are essential for breaking down food, producing vitamins, regulating the immune system, and protecting the gut lining. Low or zero levels are consistently found in severe COVID, long COVID, autism, invasive cancer, Lyme, Crohn’s, and diabetes.
Bifidobacteria help modulate inflammation, support neurotransmitter production, and strengthen the gut-brain axis. Their absence is strongly linked to increased disease severity across multiple conditions.
Dr. Hazan’s research is groundbreaking, but she says getting it published and advancing it has been extremely difficult. Continuing this work could lead to new, more natural approaches for treating serious illnesses.
Save the Bif.

Your mindset determines how you approach challenges in life. He chooses a “can do” attitude over a “woe is me” approach to life. Doesn’t mean we don’t occasionally feel sorry for ourselves, but we don’t stay stuck there. There’s no hope in living that way.
