I am thinking of creating a town where I can enjoy living with my neighborhoods. Has a PhD in engineering. If you follow me, I won’t do basic follow-up.
⚠️WHAT IS HAPPENING IN JAPAN?
The 4 largest Japanese life insurers, Nippon Life, Dai-ichi Life, Sumitomo Life, and Meiji Yasuda, had a combined ¥13.2 trillion ($86 billion) in unrealized losses on government bonds at the end of 2025.
Losses have risen over 6 TIMES since March 2024.
Rising interest rates and the Bank of Japan's reduction in its bond purchases have been behind the historic surge.
These institutions have never been more exposed.

While understandable from a 2020 perspective, today's reality has overtaken those predictions. In states like Texas and California, Pennsylvania ,the combination of renewables and utility-scale battery storage is being deployed as the most rational response to the surge in data center demand, primarily due to its short construction lead times and cost-competitiveness.
This shift is driven not by political ideology, but by pure economic pragmatism and the declining LCOE. To secure RE100 compliance while meeting rapid load growth, batteries are no longer just "backup"; they have become a primary infrastructure providing grid flexibility, implemented far faster than any conventional power plants.
