Three years of clinical posting

Second year: four pages of relevant and irrelevant history ( say 60:40)

Third year: three pages of history of relevant and irrelevant history ( 70:30)

Final MBBS: Two and half pages of relevant and irrelevant history (80:20)

During MD: Two pages of relevant and irrelevant history (80:20)

After MD: one and half pages of relevant history

In practice; one page of relevant history

So clinically relevant history taking is a journey

One has to cover each mile to reach the destination
