D4: when it comes to my platform, I need to work on organization and consistency. I made a YouTube channel but wasn't fully prepared, and my channel suffered for it. I need to build up the platforms I have before I move on to others. Slow and steady 😊

D3: My reading goals are mighty this year!
- Continue the tradition of reading 4 novels within the year's quarters
- Start a book club and read one designated book per month (aside from the original 4)

D2: Gus doesn't believe in NY Resolutions...they are much too mainstream.

He has the life goals of: 1) loving recklessly, and 2) letting go of the past like a hot potato, but he doesn't know when he will get around to them (he is an amazing slacker!).

@SableAradia I agree, happy endings can happen in everyday life. Happiness, in itself, can be found anywhere, if you look hard enough.
(When I did my authorconfession today, I was referring to cheesy, Disney-movie sort of happy endings, which are notorious for being pretty over-the-top😊)

D9: My WIP doesn't have a specific antagonist, but the town of Barnaby Creek is full of dangerous people. I think Billy Talent's "Fallen Leaves" describes the town well because a lot of the people living there are lost, hardened, and made crooked by life. #authorconfession

D8: I love both Hallmark Happy Endings and Punch-You-In-The-Gut realistic endings. Sometimes the realistic ones leave me feeling unsatisfied with all its realistic-ness +"life is full of lemons..get used to it" mantra, so I tend to lean towards the fluffy stuff! #authorconfession
