Today, LOP @JoelSsenyonyi closed the two-day induction workshop for the Shadow Cabinet of the 12th Parliament, encouraging members to uphold five key principles in keeping the Government in check.
These are accountability, effective service delivery, zero tolerance to corruption, strengthening institutions, and upholding human rights and the rule of law.

He emphasised that Uganda does not need an opposition that merely opposes, but one that is disciplined, informed, principled, and prepared to govern when called upon to do so.
