Have you ever noticed how negative thoughts break in subtly and make you feel sad, worried, angry, depressed, or fearful? We need to regularly take time and pause to remember and celebrate the miracles and the marvelous works God has done on our behalf.
When you honor God, live with an abundant mentality, He’ll do things you didn’t see coming. He won't just meet your needs, but supernatural provision will come. Uncommon, unusual, things you can’t explain.
God won’t give you a dream and not give you what you need to accomplish it. You may not have the talent, the strength, the funds, but God is not finished. He’s still working. When He supercharges your life, you’ll come into things that you never had.
How much time and energy are you spending trying to get approval, trying to be well-liked, trying to keep this friend impressed, trying to stay in this coworker’s favor? Take the pressure off. I would much rather spend my time pleasing God than trying to please people.
We put too much emphasis on people’s approval. But people didn’t call you. People didn’t crown you with favor; the Most High God did. Quit worrying about people's opinions and get your approval from God.
If you’re dwelling on the past, you won’t see the new thing. If you’re focused on who hurt you and what wasn’t fair, then you’ll miss your destiny. God is saying, forget the former things, quit dwelling on your mistakes. This is a new day.
You’re about to see the God of breakthroughs, the God who suddenly shows up and puts an end to what’s holding you back. He wants you to be unquestionably free. That means there’s nothing draining your joy, nothing hindering you, nothing limiting you.
God is saying to you today, “You are blessed. You are favored. You are strong, talented, valuable, free. You have greatness in you. You are destined to leave your mark, to make the world a better place. You’re about to shine; you’re about to see favor in greater ways.”
Jesus spoke the blessing; He declared favor and influence. Don’t talk yourself out of this favor. Don’t think of all the reasons this can’t happen for you.
Be encouraged today: He’s a God who stoops. He comes to the messy places, not with judgment, not with condemnation, but with hope, with new beginnings, with fresh vision.
You may have people coming against you, trying to discredit you and make you look bad. You don’t have to fight that battle; just outlast them, just keep doing the right thing. Keep being faithful each day and God will take care of who’s trying to stop you.
Elijah prayed that it wouldn’t rain, and for three and a half years, there was no rain. Joshua prayed for more daylight, and God stopped the sun. Follow their example and step out in faith. Dare to ask, dare to believe God, and see His mighty hand move on your behalf!
When people come against you, they may be more powerful, but God is all-powerful. When the dream looks too big, you know that with God, all things are possible. He’s equipped you, empowered you, and anointed you.
