@ChemistPaul @coal_carter We noticed that folks tend to use them at specific times when working with more flammable reagents. They are quite thick so wearing them nonstop for a full day in the lab is unfortunately not the most practical scenario!
Happy #safetymomentmonday! If you're planning on placing a column under air pressure during a separation, check the column for cracks prior to use. Even gentle air pressure can lead to failure if the glassware contains cracks.

Happy #safetymomentmonday! Take time to make sure your safety showers and eyewashes are not blocked by trash cans, glass waste bins, or other lab equipment. They should be easily accessible in case of an accident.
