Zoom tip: Draw attention to text or objects without having to erase your markings by using the Vanishing Pen tool in Annotation. Share your screen and choose Annotate. On the annotation tools select the Vanishing Pen.

There's an easy keyboard shortcut you can use to share your screen while in a Zoom meeting. On a Mac, type Cmd+Shift+S or from a PC, type Alt+Shift+S.

Change your name in a meeting or add your preferred pronouns by selecting the Participants button. Hover over your name and click More > Rename. Type in the name you want to appear and click Rename. "

Tame your Outlook Inbox with Cleanup. Select Home > Clean Up. Choose Clean Up Conversation, Clean Up Folder, or Clean Up Folder & Subfolders. Outlook will move redundant, read messages to the Deleted Items folder. Folder Clean Up will never remove unread messages.

Did you know there is a Laser Pointer tool you can use when presenting in Google Slides? While in presenting in Slides, you can start the laser pointer tool by typing the letter L on your keyboard. Stop using it by typing L again.

Google Docs has added a great feature! You can now make a checklist in addition to bulleted lists and numbered lists. Select the checklist icon in the toolbar next to the other lists. When you click in the box, it checks the box and strikes through the item.

If you’re in the midst of a meeting and forgot to send an invite to a crucial coworker or two, you can send a quick invite.Type ⌘Cmd+I on a Mac or Alt+I on a PC to open the Invite window. Click the Email tab, copy the URL, and send it to anyone.

New update to Canvas New Quizzes !

Clicking a New Quizzes title now opens the Assignment Details page for the quiz, making availability adjustments even faster.
Once finished making your details adjustments, select 'Save' to take you to the New Quizzes interface.

It happens - you have a dozen tabs open in your browser and accidentally close the wrong one. Did you know you can open it back up with a couple of keystrokes.

Hit Ctrl+Shift+T on your PC or Command+Shift+T on your Mac to automatically reopen the tab you just closed.

Are your students unable to hear the videos you play in Zoom? Did you know there's a simple setting to allow them to hear your computer sound?

When you are screen sharing, there is a checkbox in the lower left hand corner of your Share Screen options to share computer sound.
