Secretary @CiscoAguilar & AG @AaronDFordNV issued a statement after three Washoe County Commissioners failed to canvass the recount of two vote totals for the June Primary Election.

Today, the @NVSOS & @NevadaAG filed a petition with the NV Supreme Court to address this failure.

ICYMI #NV election officials are following the laws outlined in NRS. We are required to receive ballots - postmarked by Nov 8 - until Nov 12 and to conduct sig cure until Nov 14. Counties must canvass results on or by Nov 18.

During that brief outage, the Effective Absentee System for Elections (EASE) was down. If you attempted to access the page it would not have loaded. It is working now as well.
