DHT Maxxing Protocol

High-intensity exercise increases the oxidation of androstane neurosteroids into DHT in skeletal muscle tissue

Prolonged and consistent acute increases in DHT over time, produce permanent increases in DHT through 5AR upregulation

The following protocol is aimed at improving DHT levels in men with moderate to high testosterone.

Protocol:

1) Sprints or other HIGH INTENSITY cardio 2-3 days per week

2) Strength training 2-3x per week on non HIT cardio days: Compound lifts such as bench, overhead press, squat, and deadlift in the 1-6 rep range (explosive reps)

3) Zone 2 cardio on off days

4) Daily activities that utilize visual-spatial and logical reasoning such as chess, woodworking, model building, sculpting, programming, philosophy, debate, strategy games, engineering, etc.

Stack:

Not medical advice. I believe this to only be 25% of the magic, so no shortcuts by thinking you can take pills to avoid the necessary high-intensity exercise & pro-DHT lifestyle.

This is my personal natty DHT maxxing stack. It takes advantage of 5AR upregulation, steroidogenesis enhancement, and hormone metabolism modulation:

1) Tribugen: 2-4 caps per day

2) Tongkat Ali (10% Eurycomonone): 2-4 caps per day

3) Discorea nipponica (40% Protodioscin): 2-4 caps per day

4) Redaxin: 3 caps per day

5) Black Ginger Extract (10% 5,7-dimethoxyflavone): 1-2 caps per day

6) Cistamax: 1-2 caps per day

7) Boron Glycinate: 50-100mg per day

Optional:

1) DHEA: 5mg twice per day
2) Pregnenolone: 5-10mg per day
3) Tauromag: 1 cap 3x per day
