How do people solve their issues with @bookdepository ??
Apparently this company can only tell you if your package is "dispatched" not "track" it. #bookdepository #badservice

Please help me to find the location of my package. I have contacted your customer support but they keep blowing me off with simple answers like.
"Sorry, we don't have the tracking number"
I think this is very bad service
