The Sig Ep house is adjacent to the Valk lot, located on the east edge of campus. Renovated walls, floors and bathrooms in 2018, there are four brothers living here. All houses have a red door, to signal SigEps that they are welcome.

Across the street from Bearcat Stadium, the Phi Sig house holds up to 9 brothers. In front of the house is an antique cannon, and there are trophies under the driveway of the house.
