I have used @sendmybag for years now, but come on, almost an £11 fuel surchage for shipment within Mainland UK is ridiculous. Especially since their own website states "Due to the ongoing volatility in jet fuel costs..." with the emphasis on JET FUEL! My bags will go by road 😑

@Duostudent Ja, dat heb ik gelezen, daarom dat ik dit bericht stuur. Ik zit in Australië, toch net buiten die 2 uur tijdsverschil. Ik heb geen VPN, locatie delen staat aan en toch krijg ik geen emailadres te zien.

@Duostudent beste, ik zit buiten Europa maar toch krijg ik, bij het toestaan van de locatie, geen emailadres te zien, welke ik volgens de informatie wel zou moeten zien. Ik gebruik geen VPN. Waar kan ik een emailadres krijgen om contact op te nemen aangaande mijn dossier?

@RoyalMail where is my parcel?! On 1 July you didn't attempt delivery (per your own notification), it has been "pending" ever since in the tracker, got email this morning that I have 10 days left to collect, but where?! Also, why should I collect if YOU don't even deliver?!
