@NXGcommuters @SouthernRailUK @TLRailUK Additionally the new timetable not only made large increases in journey times from Redhill to NXG, but also Victoria service from Redhill was increased from 28 minutes to 39, so commuters faced extra 20 minutes every day on their journeys to work. #putpassengerslast

The fact that the #BrightonMainLine closure was advertised for so long is irrelevant to any proper discussion re consumer rights and compensation. Esp when previous blockade was called off at the last minute, causing further losses to passengers. Where are @WhichUK on this?
