@9FootCouch@FallGuy1959@ianmiles Team leader doesn't really make sense. He approaches the victim like he was trying to help.
He sure didn't seem like he was in a hurry to leave the scene.
@sara_sorribes There is more to life than winning and money. Now everyone knows your character and what you are all about. Congrats. You have no class.
@settzra@GoldenW56785926 @JamKozy If it doesn't, then I will apologize for making a false accusation.
I'm certain that PCP or something similar will show up though. That behavior is not adrenaline.
@Ravens_FL@Georgeblaine1 @JamKozy If I was in that situation, I would immediately give up my hands, let them cuff me, lay on my stomach, and obey every order.
This is what everyone should do. I wish he had done the same thing too.
@Georgeblaine1 @JamKozy That's a legitimate point. Instead of trying to hit him in the head, they should have just worked together to take out his legs and pin him down.
At the same time, when you continue to resist and are on a drug that essentially gives you super-strength, it's hard for police.
@JamKozy I also want to say: it's a tragedy that Nichols died. He was an amazing person. It's sad AF. Everyone needs to do better: people being apprehended by cops AND the police themselves.
@JamKozy In video 4, an officer says Nichols punched him and reached for a gun during the first confrontation, when he was by his car.
Nichols continued to resist and thus remained a threat to the police. He should have stayed down. He was on PCP or some drug that made him immune to pain
@Johnnyw244 @GrowingKelly @JamKozy It's a tragedy that Nichols died and I'm sad because he was a fellow skater and above all a beautiful human.
I wish he had made better choices in that moment.
I hope you don't truly mean that you want me to die just because I have a different opinion than you.
@BrutalistDude @JamKozy I can't say he was 100% on PCP. The toxicology report has not been released yet.
I believe he was on PCP or some other stimulant & anesthetic drug. An officer also said that Nichols was "high". Those officers are experienced with dealing with people on PCP, ketamine. We'll see.
