@AmazonHelp untruthful Amazon driver has marked a high value item as delivered (it was not!). Police report shows that item was not delivered but Amazon will not help!! They keep saying that the police report is invalid, even though the report is 100% correct.

Is anyone else having trouble receiving the Black Friday additional 10% cash back? I made about a dozen purchases with the additional 10% cash back and NONE of them has been credited correctly.

Customer service is slow - and asking for screen shots they don't need!

@FlyANA_official I have now passed the ONE HOUR mark on hold. Trying to book an award flight. I guess this is ANA's way of ensuring that miles will expire. No you cannot book for only a family member on the website.
