This is terrible. We flew half way around the world to Tokyo and get denied for boarding! Our travel agent shows our room has been assigned but @HALcruises gave away our room. Terrible customer service!

@VW Just leased a 2024 ID 4 Pro S and it was delivered on 6/30/24. It has been in the repair shop 3x for the SAME ISSUE!! Car is still at VW since August 9, 2024. Terrible!!! What am I paying for??? VW doesn’t know how to fix the problem. Need a good lemon law lawyer please!

@HALcruises No we were not able to get on board. The manager from @HALcruises at the Port was rude and did not care. Instead she said to go to the next stop, Osaka to try to get on then if a cabin opens up. Ridiculous, are we supposed to chase the ship until a spot opens up? Do BETTER!!

BEWARE! My husband and I paid for a @HALcruises 8 months ago to celebrate our 44th wedding anniversary and to see his birth place in Tokyo. We were bumped from the cruise due to overselling one day before leaving after a 20 hour trip to get to Yokohama. DON’T USE @HALcruises !
