1/I listened to the senior Trump administration officials' call about the latest with Iran. I am in some ways more confused now than before the call. A few thoughts:
This is the next step in conditioning the American people to the use of ICE as a paramilitary force, even when no immigration issues are involved. We’ll see more of this as we approach the midterms.
This is a big blow. Bedoya fought to recover antitrust as tool for fair markets & revitalized communities. He traveled the country to hear from farmers, small businesses, families in food deserts. His firing clears the way for an @FTC that turns a blind eye to corporate abuse.
It takes an unfathomable amount of incompetence to alienate Japan and South Korea to such a degree that they lock arms with China against the United States.
So stupid. So dumb. So bad for the United States.
I am suing Amazon in not one but two lawsuits.
FTC staff is trying to strengthen privacy rules for Meta users. I’m a judge in that matter.
