The Department of Sanitation investigated this complaint and issued a Notice of Violation." No change - no cleaning

@errollouis @NYPDTransport At least 4 months since the curb has been swept on our UES street as no cars move. Neighbors say the occasional ticket is less than the monthly cost of a parking garage. 311 complaints go unresolved and properties owners are ticketed for dirty street under the cars.

This subset clearly has a significantly higher rate of complications that may be statistically worrisome. That is unanswered. Answer that as the details are important.
