We pushed our growing edge with our educators @ocmboces. Today we leaned in to the moments of discomfort and continued to unpack how our personal identities and narratives impact the work we do in our schools - particularly with students and families of color.
Did you know: every year 5 SEE members serve as official Quality Review shadows?
This year they presented recommendations for facilitating student conversations and suggested Q's to better assess youth voice and equity.
