puzzling why @EmpireBCBS insists in wasting the provider's office's time on every call. your staff members should be capable and willing to talk to other internal depts to reduce the call and hold times.
@askUHC hi maggie, thanks for the response. it appears that in efforts to deny even more services and further reduce payment to #doctors@uhc moved their new reimbursement policy denying CPT 9924X by one month.
now we have spent an extra half hour per patient
@UHC are you once more playing games with CPT code denials? Why are we getting so many 9924X codes reprocessed and denied after being "PAID" a few weeks before? These are all prior to your 10/1/19 date for new restrictions to the plans #insurance#healthcare
dear @UHC whats this about denying claims because of the use of multiple diagnosis? are patients not allowed to be consulted for multiple reasons during the same visit? or is this just another way to hold payment from providers?
@EmblemHealth@AskEmblemHealth not clear why your web portal wont show claim status for claims that were partially denied, even when they're several months old. APRIL 2019 to be exact, other claims show!
dear @EmpireBCBS could you please explain how to get prostate size, bladder health and other info from a 51741? if you're not going to honor payment for our doctor's work? with a 76857
@UHC@askUHC since when does a doctor need to omit patient complaints to accommodate your automatic procesessing? makes no sense and delays payment of clean claims
@AetnaHelp received a letter regarding some claim review it doesnt mention. It also refers to status remarks that arent on the letter itself. What gives?
according to the way @EmblemHealth@AskEmblemHealth processes claims a urologist needs to do prostate biopsy by guessing where the needle will go, sonographic imaging denied
@EmpireBCBS_News@AnthemBCBS we're a bit puzzled by your implication that cpt 51741 provides overlapping information with cpt 76857, could you explain how prostate size and bladder conditons are described with 51741? these blanket denials need to stop
@EmblemHealth@AskEmblemHealth it has been now 3 days since receiving partial payemnt for our claim, however it still not showing on claim status in the portal? As such we're unable to appeal it?
dear @UHC@askUHC your office continues to randomly placing our providers OUT OF NETWORK without notification. this is adversely affecting our patient's ongoing health care. also creates a wasteful process where your staff does not recognize the error
@NaviNet@Aetna@AetnaHelp hi guys, whats going on with navinet? two different versions of the the https://t.co/y3aWDHhEQG site! and we cant check patient data on either!
@EmblemHealth@AskEmblemHealth the pre-authorization requirements for necessary studies is overly inefficient and more so when its for HEALTH CARE PARTNERS patients. This is a hindrance to prompt medical care as they cant handle the volume
